Installation stages of your new windows:

  • — Removal of old structures. Before installing new windows, specialists clear the opening: they remove the frame, windowsill, slopes, and casings. During this work, dust and construction debris inevitably form. Therefore, customers are asked in advance to either remove furniture and other interior items or protect them with special film.
  • — Opening preparation. For reliable installation, it is necessary to ensure quality insulation. Our masters use modern materials that guarantee the tightness of the future structure.
  • — Frame installation. At the frame fixing stage, installers carefully level it in horizontal and vertical planes. A high-precision laser level is used for this, ensuring the perfect position of the structure.
  • — Seam sealing. The joints between the window frame and walls are filled with polyurethane mounting foam. This material effectively eliminates gaps, preventing drafts and heat loss.

How long does PVC window installation take?

Depending on the complexity of the new window structure and the time for removing the old one, turnkey window installation takes from three to five hours per opening. Customers are usually worried whether the apartment will cool down during the cold season. During the entire installation, the opening is open for about half an hour, so this usually doesn't happen.

Do you provide a warranty for PVC window installation?

Can plastic windows be installed in winter?

Glass package installation is not carried out at temperatures below −15 degrees Celsius outside. If the temperature is from −10 to −15 degrees, installation is possible but highly undesirable.

Is there post-warranty service?

Customers are usually worried whether the apartment will cool down during the cold season. During the entire installation, the opening is open for about half an hour, so this usually doesn't happen.

Will the room be dirty after installation?

If you have opened the window, the problem of closing it may be related to fittings installation – perhaps it was installed incorrectly or needs adjustment. In addition, the window geometry could have been violated. In some cases, the cause is sash deformation.

What does plastic window installation consist of?

Perhaps the malfunction occurred in the transmission mechanism – the gearbox. In addition, the fittings responsible for opening and closing windows may have failed – for example, the main lock. It cannot be repaired – complete replacement is required.
