Step 2: Demolition and rough work
We carefully remove old frames and take care of debris removal ourselves. We check the parapet and foundation, and if necessary, strengthen the structure for safe installation of warm windows.
We install PVC structures, seal joints, insulate walls, ceiling, and floor with XPS/mineral wool with vapor and waterproofing. We lay wiring for lights and sockets, prepare the base for finishing — everything level, clean, and by technology.

In most cases, if you don't change the configuration and color of the facade, special permission is not required. However, in some residential complexes or houses that are architectural monuments, there may be their own rules. We recommend clarifying this issue with your management company.
What is the key difference between warm and cold glazing?
The main difference is in the level of thermal insulation. Warm glazing (PVC) allows you to use the balcony as a living room all year round. Cold glazing (aluminum) protects from precipitation and wind, but the temperature on the balcony will be only 5-7 degrees higher than outside.
How long does glazing installation take?
Standard installation of balcony or loggia glazing usually takes one working day. The timeframe may increase slightly if additional work is required, such as reinforcing the parapet or interior finishing.
Can heavy PVC windows be installed on any balcony?
Not always. Before installing warm glazing, it is necessary to assess the condition of the balcony slab. Our measurer will definitely check the technical possibility and, if necessary, offer options for strengthening the structure or lighter alternatives.
How to care for new windows on the balcony?
Care is simple. Profiles just need to be wiped with a damp cloth with soapy solution, and glass with regular window cleaning products. It is also recommended to lubricate moving parts of fittings with special oil once a year.
